Return Policy

These guidelines apply to purchases made in the Stubbland AS online store.

For Private Customers

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the item, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act for distance sales.

How to return an item

Send an email to kontakt@stubbland.no within 14 days of receipt
State your order number and which items you wish to return
You will receive return information and a withdrawal form
Pack the item in its original packaging and send it back within 14 days
Refunds will be paid within 14 days after we have received the returned item

Return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to

Services that have been started or completed with the customer's consent
Digital services or software delivered with consent
Installation, adaptations, or special orders that have been carried out

For Business Customers

Business purchases are covered by the Sale of Goods Act and do not have a general right of withdrawal. Any return agreement is made individually with Stubbland AS.

Complaints

In case of errors or defects in the product, the customer is obliged to inspect the delivery within a reasonable time after receipt. A complaint must be submitted in writing as soon as the defect is discovered or should have been discovered.

Private customers are covered by the Consumer Purchase Act with up to a 5-year complaint period for goods intended to last significantly longer than two years
Business customers are covered by the Sale of Goods Act with a 2-year complaint period

Product warranties follow the manufacturer's warranty terms and are in addition to the statutory rights.
